As a member of the BSM Subscriber Success Team, you will enable decision support for key management by providing the single source of overall performance and health measures for our Subscription business worldwide. The candidate will liaise with various organizations within BSM marketing, sales and finance. The candidate will be integral in identifying the business risk areas based on the predictive data and will measure effectiveness of corrective actions.

Make an Impact
• Develop regular cadence method for monitoring and reporting on overall Subscription health, identify and mitigate risks, remove barriers to business health
• Analyze performance data, provide assessments of performance trends; identify and explain variances from goals / history / metrics, identify indicators of possible performance issues (the “WHY”) or changes in future business activities. Highlight data in significant variance from normal observations, and possible concerns for management attention.
• Predictive Analysis for improved decision support and ongoing invest/divest decisions
• Maintain an ongoing program of standard and ad hoc report process analysis, identifying procedural improvements, more efficient data gathering / summarization / analysis techniques, advances in data manipulation and report format generation processes, and general continuous process improvement for Metrics and Reporting.
• Create, document, and test framework to enable consistent and relevant decision support on a frequent basis, including templates and predictive modeling approaches
• Lead prep for Senior Director BSM Quarterly Business Reviews, including early analysis to build the story, collaboration with key stakeholders and preparation of the presentation and deck for CEO Staff consumption
• Continue to cultivate and leverage collaborative working relationships across BSM teams, GEOs, sales channels, and functional groups to achieve Subscription objectives
• Create holistic subscriber success dashboard mapping spend with KPIs and closed loop to determine program effectiveness
• Monitor a broad range of performance data, tracking data through various systems/ databases to ensure the availability of information required for future management needs. Periodically spot check the accuracy/consistency of data generated, identifying as possible errors in raw data (and root causes of such) that could impact the validity of reports using the data
• Constantly refine methods and practice of analyzing and predicting subscription health using feedback tools, etc.
Who's a Fit
• 4 year BS degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems (or equivalent exp).
• Those able to demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills
• Those with strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise, and professional manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate ideas to all level of the internal organization
• Those with an ability to work in team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships
• Those with a strong interest, experience and/or skills in and around business analysis
• Those with experience in QlikView, Business Objects or similar dashboard software; innovative tools for publishing decision support systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-matrixed organization requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities.
