The Role
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support 2 senior leaders in our Business Strategy and Marketing org. This is a great opportunity for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented professional.

How You’d Spend your Day
• Manage and maintain calendar; schedule, plan, and coordinate events and meetings; prepare meeting materials; coordinate logistics; prepare agendas, take notes; track actions items.
• Make business travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, manage travel accounts, research and obtain travel visas.
• Track expenses and generate reports
• Draft letters, emails and memos
• Create presentations and maintain org charts
• Work with Facilities to coordinate space planning

Job Requirements
• BA or BS preferred
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint, Skype, Go To Meeting and Telepresence systems are a plus
• Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
• Able to navigate a matrixed organization
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Proficient ability to use the www, intranet, and network servers
• Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Requires flexibility, negotiation, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities
