DeltaStyle Louisiana’s must-read magazine for Northeast Louisiana, has an exciting opportunity for a fashion forward sales executive to join our team. In this role you will help us keep our readers informed of the happening social and art scenes, as well as, give them an insider's view of the area's most beautiful homes and most fascinating people, by promoting and selling Delta Style advertising solutions to the small business sector that make decisions locally. Primary role of this position is to grow market share within a designated territory or account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing share within existing client base.
Here’s what you need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or years of experience within the field in lieu of degree
• Understanding of market competitors and how to execute strategies for selling against the competition.
• Ability to work within a team on day-to-day activities within account base. Works with all internal departments and vertical specialists.
• Manage time as it relates to focus on sales related activities and utilizes support staff to handle most non-sales related activities.
• Understanding of assigned territory/market as it relates to customers, prospects, key trends etc.
• Excellent presentation & needs analysis skills coupled with the ability to communicate annual/quarterly campaign proposal and contract discussions with customers.
• Works with sales support, sales management, vertical specialists and other internal departments regarding strategy and execution of results oriented advertising plans.
• Ability to think and build "outside of the box" plans that will deliver ROI for customers (internal & external).
• Knowledge of SalesForce (CRM) desired
