Sales Coordinator – SportsNet NY
SportsNet New York, the TV Home of the Mets, Jets, and All Things New York Sports - currently seeks a Sales Coordinator for our NY Media office.

Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with activities between the sales staff, other departments, and our client base, by performing the following duties: Perform tasks supporting team of account executives such as preparing agency avails, customized integrated TV/team sponsorship proposals, and capabilities decks Assist in inventory management of commercial time and sponsor enhancements Proofread contracts and insertion orders Input new orders, revisions, and make goods into Wide Orbit, SNY’s traffic system Work with traffic department to ensure advertising materials are in-house on a timely basis
• Prepare sponsor recap presentations and ratings posts
• Develop relationships with key client and agency personnel
• Monitor competing teams, networks, facilities for advertising prospects
• Significant client entertaining, often on nights and weekends
• Job Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional media software experience helpful.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
