Job Summary:
The iHeartMedia sales team in San Francisco specializes in offering clients robust advertising solutions that often go far beyond traditional broadcast radio and online buys. These programs regularly include event sponsorships, special activations, and a variety of unique and custom elements. The role of the project manager is to oversee and manage some of the larger, detailed and complex campaigns. The Project Manager will work closely with Account Executives and major clients to ensure delivery of programs. This includes anticipating hurdles, proactively ensuring deliverables, gathering materials for eventual recaps, collaborating with sellers etc. The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for exceeding clients’ expectations. This is a critical role in our sales organization as it the fulfillment arm of the sales team. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage account campaigns on a day-to-day basis, as well as client sponsorship event activations.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of multiple projects including developing and adhering to timelines for successful execution.
• Support account executives with administrative tasks, including order entry, invoicing, billing, proposal creation, promotional campaign recaps, setting client meetings and more.
• Provide organizational support and ensure action items, deadlines, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Facilitate internal communications across departments between Promotions, Traffic, and Programming for client campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign delivery and recommend optimizations as necessary.
• Coordinate and oversee client sponsorship at large-scale station events across the cluster.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
• Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent professional communication, working with both clients and internal team members
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for delivering superior customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and juggle several large clients simultaneously
• Need to be responsive, flexible and creative
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Great attitude is a must
Work Experience
• 2-3 years in media support roles
