The team
Working in the secondary schools and colleges part of the business, this role is part of an 11-strong team of talented, committed marketers, who work across all areas of marketing and with a broad range of stakeholders from across the business. It’s fast-paced, busy, with an open, friendly culture where ideas and innovation are welcomed.

• Understanding and working towards objectives, developing an understanding of commercial aspects of marketing activities and lead funnels.
• Working with the Marketing Performance team to implement and measure campaigns using best practice and defined processes.

Qualifications
The person
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven marketer, full of creativity and ideas, but with the ability to balance these with commercial considerations. Experience of managing campaigns, creating effective marketing materials and writing customer-focused copy are a must, as is the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.
You’ll be able to work under pressure and stay ahead of challenging schedules, and have a genuine desire to learn and progress with the support of the team around you.
