Today, as part of this development, the group is looking for an experienced Marketing Asset Manager who will be in charge of supervising the creation of new marketing assets and the follow-up of their performance.
Job Description
As a member of the Sales & Marketing department, you will report to the Marketing Director and manage a team composed of a pool of artists and asset data managers (number to determine) and external agencies / free lances.
You will work with our mobile studios and collaborate with the different HQ experts, such as teams responsible for User Acquisition, Community Management, Branding or Store Relations, Sales & certification. You will also work very closely with transversal teams such as BI.
Your main missions will be:
• Build the perfect organization after auditing and understanding the needs of the current teams in place (studios & HQ).
• Manage your team and ensure that all the assets are delivered on time with the highest quality.
• Analyze the performance of our marketing assets (such as UA or store assets), by working with the Business Intelligence team.
• Optimize the performance: provide best practices and make recommendations to marketing and creative teams.
• Provide support to the product managers and the studios on the evaluation of creative assets.
• Organize the storage & data management of the assets by choosing an appropriate data management tool, organizing its deployment and processes.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years in a similar position
• Artistic and management skills, such as business skills (understanding of the assets performance notion)
• Fluent English
• Position based in Paris
