#Event Asset Management
Manage the process for which event assets are accounted for.
Regulate field requests based on Business Unit needs.
Maintain quality control for event asset orders, condition and maintenance, storage, shipping and tracking.
Follow RBNA warehouse standards for in-house or outsourced storage solutions.
Responsible for new asset profiling, warehousing data within asset management software.
Identify event cost efficiencies by utilizing existing assets and preventing unnecessary purchase and rental fees.
Identify cost efficiencies and storage solutions for new assets.
#Quality Assurance Efforts for Vendors
Monitor the integrity of vendor inventory through audit program management
Monitor/measure vendor performance
Capture and publish best practices
Manage vendor requests
#Event Support Activities
Participates as core team member for regional branded Red Bull events with primary responsibilities being:
Site survey requirements for operational event logistics infrastructure
Inbound and Outbound transportation planning, coordination, and analysis of forecasted costs
Ensure labor and equipment requirements for infrastructure are clearly communicated to key event personnel during planning and setup
Utilize site map to advise on infrastructure placement and develop onsite distribution plan
Analyze data to develop benchmarks, capture and publish best practices for regional/national event community
Serve as liaison between event production teams, regional event logistics teams, vendors, and warehouses
Administer infrastructure training to field staff within context of broader national training programs
Partner with the Regional Event Logistics Manager to identify and implement event process improvements within the BU
Collaborate with internal business partners and vendors
Contribute to continuous enhancement of best practice documents and tools
#Onsite Event Role
Consult with event team and vendor on infrastructure placement, setup, and breakdown Inspect all Red Bull event infrastructure for quantity, condition, safety, and asset tags pre and post event
File claims with transportation companies as a result of damage in transit
Assist as required in support of event setup, execution and strike
#Infrastructure Responsibilities
Ensure infrastructure is brand-acceptable prior to transportation to an event
Identify and manage infrastructure repair needs
Compile infrastructure related metrics and reports
Identify and implement packaging enhancements and process improvements
Manage asset tag program
Provide regional infrastructure inventory support
#Administrative Functions
Capture and report event related KPIs
Provide asset management system support
Maintain accurate data and daily requests within Asset Management software
#Miscellaneous Operations and Regional Network Support
Provide logistics training and consultation to Marketing, Sales and 3PL companies
Assist Regional Event Logistics Manager with management of 3PL companies
Provide regular communication to the field of new assets
Perform ad hoc analyses (as required)
Perform ad hoc logistics support (as required)
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in large-scale event or music production in public environments.
Experience in a function related to logistics, warehousing, or transportation with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and materials management preferred.
Hands-on mentality and experience with the full event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, post production).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization with an emphasis on customer service.
Experience managing business partner and 3rd party vendor relationships.
Ability to work under pressure, in time sensitive operations, in a fast passed environment.
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and/or holidays is a must.
Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs for an extended period of time.
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of reliable transportation to get to each work site.
