Position Overview:
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for internal and channel marketing communications and support of our school resources and qualifications portfolios internationally. Working closely with the rest of the marketing team, the role will focus on communications and support tools for our internal customers (sales teams overseas) and regional/global distributors, along with ownership of various marketing projects. You will also provide marketing administration support to the marketing team.
Position Responsibilities:
• Development and delivery of the annual internal communications and support plan on the global schools portfolio to our internal customers (sales and marketing colleagues across the globe).
• Ownership of Global Schools sales support and information portals (Playbook/Neo/Sales Companion/Partner Playbook)
• Promote the Global Schools agenda, working in close liaison with the regional communications personnel and sharing stories of success
• Development and delivery of a distributor marketing communications plan, working closely with each region requesting this support.
• Delivery of international marketing projects, including the annual catalogues.
• Provide marketing administration support to the marketing team, including budget management, campaign tracking and measurement.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree required
• Min 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written copywriting skills
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work effectively when working on multiple projects at the same time.
• Great team player who contributes to the team's goals and supports other.
• Confident presenter.
• Can confidently build effective relationships with people at all levels, in person and virtually.
• Desirable skill: Familiarity of design programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Able to do up to 2 international trips per year
