Ubisoft Montreal is looking for a Digital Learning Advisor who will be part of the Human Resources and Communications (HR.COMM) team.

Summary
The incumbent is responsible for various tasks related to the development and implementation of teaching and training strategies (synchronous and asynchronous) with digital tools and learning environments.
Responsibilities
The main and routine tasks of the Digital Learning Advisor are to:
• Be responsible for the design and creation of plurimedia productions (webinars, video recordings, visioconference activities, etc.), layout design, editing, publishing and content transfer in partnership with his collaborators;
• Suggest, adapt and integrate technologies to teaching, learning and knowledge sharing methods;
• Collaborate to implement thechnologies which support learning and knowledge sharing;Guide & support various stakeholders in the planning, design, production and evaluation of strategies and pedagogical scenarios involving te technologies;
• Propose innovative, creative ideas, adapted to the context;
• Participate to the evaluation and continuous improvement of the training programs to make sure of their quality and efficiency and to upgrade them according to the needs;
• Handle multiple projects at the same time, establish priorities and work at a fast pace under pressure within the established deadlines;
• Draw ideas from all fields such as communication, multimedia, art, journalism and adapt them to our context;
• Carry out strategic monitoring to keep abreast of the latest tools and trends in skills development and techno-pedagogy;
• Carry out all other related tasks.
Qualifications
Training
Master’s degree, Graduate degree or Bachelor's degree in a field related to educational design or multimedia
Any combinations of training and experience may be considered
Relevant experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in training design or skills development
Skills & knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of digital learning environments
• Functional and applied knowledge in the field of techno-pedagogy and technological applications
• Knowledge related to the use of multimedia (relevant software, notions of editing, etc.)
• Proficiency in the usage of tools such as video equipment (eg camera, wireless microphone, lighting, etc.), virtual classroom (Adobe connect), streaming tools (Twitch, etc.) and editing and pedagogical software Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
• Ability to process, synthetize and distribute digital content
• Acute knowledge and understanding of learning theories and appreciation of emerging trends in knowledge transfer;
• Knowledge in technical training development
• Client and results oriented
• Strong ability to work in a team and establish partnerships
• Curiosity
• Bilingualism is considered an asset (French and English)
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and knowledge of technical training development is considered an asset
