Digital Sales Coordinator
This position will be responsible for ordering, implementation and fulfillment of online advertising campaigns. The Digital Sales Coordinator will work with a diverse team of Account Executives to coordinate campaigns with internal and external business partners. This position will increase sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative, credit and account setup issues, and providing campaign reporting. The Digital Sales Coordinator occasionally will attend client meetings with Account Executives to serve as a knowledgeable digital resource aiding in the closing of business. The position will provide administrative support to the Digital Sales Director.

Digital Sales Coordinator will work with a diverse team of Account Executives to coordinate
campaigns with internal and external business partners. This position will increase sales efficiencies

campaign reporting. Attend client meetings with Account Executives to serve as a knowledgeable
digital resource aiding in the closing of business.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum (2) years’ experience in a digital environment specifically on either the planning or buying side of programmatic media.
• Digital Media Sales experience preferred, otherwise a steadfast working knowledge of the Programmatic space,
relationships between DSPs and SSPs and experience with data firms such as DataXu, Turn, Media Math, The Trade Desk,
Google Double Click or others comparable.
• Prior Broadcast TV or marketing experience preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must have exemplary skills in all Microsoft applications, as well as manage operational processes and experience with web-based sales organizations.
• Must possess excellent organization, written and verbal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and build sustainable relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong teamwork skills, work ethic, self-starter, strategic problem solver and ability to adhere to deadlines.
