Job TitleDigital Campaign Specialist
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for accurate delivery, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. Maximize campaign performance and ad revenue via reporting and tactical optimizations. Reduce account attrition by ensuring program goals are met and exceeded. This will require an understanding of Salesforce, Operative, DFP, Microstrategy, Celtra, Experian, Selectable, Live Intent, Moat, third party vendors, and other systems as required.
II. Essential Job Functions

40 Monitor advertising campaigns to ensure optimization for performance and revenue.
30 Prepare consolidated reports monthly, at campaign close, and/or as requested.
Create end-of-month third party delivery reports for billing reconciliation.
10 Maintain QA process for all advertisements, assuring that all ads are properly tracked. Ensure prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues.
10 Work closely with the Ad Operations Manager and Sales Executives on forecasting and revenue monitoring.
10 Understand client campaign objectives and perform quality checks on an ongoing basis.

Education:
B.A./B.S. in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred; or equivalent training or experience.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of digital marketing, sales, and/or account management experience. Directly related internships may be considered.
