Director, Strategic Partnerships - Home Entertainment
The Director of Strategic Partnerships, Label Content, will work with and assist the SVP, Strategic Partnerships, with the assessment and acquisition of new strategic partners and will manage annual business plans and content release and lifecycle strategies for assigned third-party partners to meet or exceed financial targets. The Director will act as relationship manager for specified 3rd Party accounts and ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing 3rd Party accounts, including financial reporting and tracking against deal terms and expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team on the development and execution of the on-going business plan
• Oversee Third-Party content release strategies, collaborating with marketing and commercial planning management on pricing, release timing and promotional planning
• Monitor sales and performance to ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing client accounts and achievement of baseline goals
• Approve third-party new release and catalog P&Ls for assigned partners depending on deal structure and report performance to the enterprise
• Develop ongoing 3pp performance analysis and score carding for assigned partners
• Liaise with business affairs on the drafting of term sheets and agreements as necessary
• Participate in negotiations for new deals, extensions and expansions with existing client base
• Provide data and trend information to influence client title acquisition decisions
• Coordinate across departments & territories to champion label content
• Approve sales plans for assigned label partners content
• Liaise with Managers, Directors and VPs and in marketing, sales and sales planning to ensure achievement of label content strategies and goals

• New and existing Film content expertise
• Home Entertainment deal structures
• Home Entertainment landscape
• Home Entertainment release strategies and product lifecycle
• Home Entertainment supply chain
• Experience with, and knowledge of, US trade and consumer marketing
• Experience in collaborating in a highly effective cross-functional team
• SPHE catalog and internal processes
