What’s my personal contribution?
To build, develop and maintain community and social media presence for The Sun’s sub-brands, Sun Savers, Sun promos, and Sun Bingo. Managing all stakeholders and partners, to harness content, offers and brand into the social space. To manage the day to day nature of a social brand, growing an engaged audience for Sun Savers and raising awareness of a market leading rewards programme.
What are my Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Content creation– writing posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels. Create and maintain content calendars
Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing Sun Savers, Sun promos and Sun Bingo social presence
Customer relations – the Community Manager will be responsible for customer support – answering questions and managing any online feedback
Communications/marketing strategy – responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans, with the Social Media Manager, to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
