Integral Ad Science is expanding rapidly across the globe, having grown its international presence from 2 to 30+ countries in just 5 years. A critical component of our success outside of the United States has been thoughtful product development that focuses on the needs of a global customer base and on solutions that scale worldwide. As our business continues to expand in Europe and our international aspirations grow, we’re looking to add a London-based Director, Product Management to our International Product Management team.
The Director, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing all product-related activities across Europe. This is a wide-ranging product leadership role that interacts with many internal departments and external customers on a daily basis. The Director, Product Management will be tasked with maintaining a deep understanding of European market trends and needs, supported by relevant quantitative and qualitative research. This expertise will be used to define, prioritize and develop critical international projects in conjunction with cross-functional teams made up of engineers, designers, data scientists and other product managers. In addition to driving Integral’s international product roadmap, the Director, Product Management will also represent Integral’s products externally in conjunction with marketing, sales and customer service, providing product expertise where needed across our European organization.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary product conduit between Integral’s HQ in New York City and all of our European offices and customers.
• Prioritize key European development needs in conjunction with regional leadership and the product management team, defining rationale, impact and detailed user stories to advocate for top projects.
• Influence Integral’s international vision and roadmap, serving as point person for internal and external European stakeholders as new features are planned, developed and launched.
• Communicate Integral’s international product strategy and plans to a wide range of internal teams, including: engineering, client services, operations, sales, marketing, and executives.
• Work with Product Marketing on the execution of advertising, promotions, and sales programs to help evangelize Integral’s products and features externally throughout Europe.
• Represent Integral’s product interests across industry working groups, panels, presentation opportunities and media engagements.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in direct product management or related role, ideally with 2+ years experience in digital media and/or advertising technology.
• Passion for building new, disruptive products with demonstrated ability to contribute in a fast paced, high-growth and cross-functional environment.
• Intellectual curiosity with the ability to break down markets, identify trends and spot new opportunities.
• Data-driven with outstanding analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Agile product development and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to influence internal teams without direct authority, including senior decision-makers and executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, including technical structure and buy/sell side marketplace dynamics.
• History of shipping successful software products/features and working across full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based business models and products.
