Job Title: Account Coordinator
Job Summary:
An Account Coordinator is an internally facing role in the Ad Services department focused on providing team support. This includes being able to multi-task, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and work across functions on occasion. As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively.
This position is designed for someone with 0 - 2 years of work experience providing support to Account Managers. Over time, this role learns SapientRazorfish's business, how we service clients, use of data and reports creation, operations process and procedure with an eye to stepping into a client facing role down the road.
***This position requires familiarity with digital campaign management, performance measurement and analytics, online ad operations, and related tools and technology platforms.***
Responsibilities:
• Internal Client Service
◦ Collaborates with team to support client deliverable deadlines, working on assigned projects as needed
◦ Owns/prioritizes and complete team or client projects on time, updating relevant team members as necessary
◦ Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
Reports/Analysis
◦ Reviews client data and reports for quality assurance prior to delivering to account team (data reflects what we have contracted for and whether it's working for a client which links to campaign management and then to accounting)
◦ Utilizes internal and third-party reporting systems to assemble and clean data for use by account team
◦ Completes basic internal reporting for initial analysis for client deliverables
Campaign Management
◦ Owns campaign QA including monitoring campaign start for proper placements and action tag activity
◦ Daily maintenance including screen shots, placement movement, tracking, monitoring delivery, daily reports to actively find errors/discrepancies and correct them
◦ Pull data for optimization
◦ Assist creative process including reviewing creative executions for adherence to publisher specs
◦ QA creative functionality
◦ Assist with campaign launch
Accounting
◦ Performs all task work related to accounting when/where necessary. On a monthly basis this would include: retrieving data which will be used for billing purposes and checking for accuracy, helping to address any outstanding issues
◦ Organization of campaign documents, accounting documents, internal auditor for all details
Education and/or Experience:
◦ Bachelor's degree required; 1-+ years of relevant work experience; experience at interactive, advertising, public relations or marketing agency strongly preferred
◦ Intermediate Excel User
◦ Interest and/or inclination of basic digital analytics
◦ Basic understanding of Power Point/Word
◦ Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles
◦ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
◦ High attention to detail
◦ Strong time-management and organizational skills
◦ Strong client-service orientation
◦ Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
