#DEVELOPMENT OF THE STANDARD, EVERYDAY SUITE OF POS, COOLERS AND FIELD TOOLS
Through developing a strong understanding of sales, merchandising standards, channel specifics and brand personality, work with the Trade Marketing Manager and preferring creative and POS suppliers to identify and develop the right plug and play Red Bull suite of POS and coolers
Provide briefings to external agencies and suppliers for any new development of POS
Liaise with Field, Category Development and Sales Systems teams to develop and regularly update key trade presenters and other POS tools
Develop and update, when required, planograms for the Red Bull cooler range as well as standard planograms for specific channels
Develop and manage the channel/POS tool matrix to ensure the placement of the right POS
Ensure all POS and tools are adhere to the brand guidelines
#ENSURE ONGOING AVAILABILITY OF PERMANENT RED BULL VISIBILITY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
Work closely with third party agencies to manage SOH and track versus minimum stock holding levels for state teams
Ensure all international orders are released in line with global timelines against +1YR forecast, cooler transfers, allocations & drive efficiency of movements.
Manage the Cooler Asset Management System and execute against the milestones from critical timeline, working alongside third party agencies for implementation
Receipt and manage deliveries of ordered items to third party agencies
Set up and manage the Placement Tracker for all Red Bull Visibility tools and equipment in compliance with Red Bull Asset Management guidelines
Support the Trade Marketing Manager with recommended forecasts and volume requirements for the next +1YR forecast.
#DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC AND TAILORED POS, COOLERS AND FIELD TOOLS
Lead the development of trade marketing tools for the Non Traditional Channel and or emerging channels spanning activations, communication strategy & execution.
Manage and lead the Trade Show and Event program project managing against the agreed timeline & execution
Manage all trade marketing systems including Field Coms platforms, Distribution Partner platforms, data integration with Sales Systems & Insights
Bachelor Degree in business/marketing or equivalent level of education
A passion and an interest in in-store marketing and shopper behavior
Experience in project management and can demonstrate examples of project leadership and stakeholder management and meeting deadlines
Possesses a natural flair for creativity
An eye for detail
Strong communication skills (written and oral) and a knowledge of brand and brand principles
Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint & Excel)
