Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing support to the VP of Film Analysis for domestic distribution, including gathering, inputting, and distributing film release information internally and externally.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Prepares and distributes weekend film release results with historical analysis to Marketing and Distribution executives at the highest level
• Prepares and distributes studio report grosses for internal and external sources
• Inputs film specific information from external sources to feed the release schedule application
• Prepares and analyzes information for weekend projection of grosses
• Performs market analysis reports for the In-Theatre Marketing team
• Prepares analysis of the recoupments/fee payments for IMAX, motion chairs, and 3D glasses
• Distributes weekly release schedules internally
• Cross trains with the other Coordinator Film Analysis and the analysis team
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum two years relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with expert level skills in Excel and Internet software

• Experience in communicating and working with senior executives
• Experience in entertainment Industry
• Highly-motivated, self-starter
• Natural curiosity about and passion for film distribution
• Understanding of how the theatrical distribution business works
