Job Summary:
iHeartMedia is looking for an experienced Account Diector. The AM/AD oversees the day-to-day development and delivery of campaigns and strategy for iHeart’s largest client accounts. This person is a key point of contact for multiple clients, and bridges the gap between all of the internal departments staffed to a project. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.
Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills, a working knowledge of the media and creative agency landscape, be an innovative thinker who is up to date on emerging trends and technology, and have a strong sense of urgency.
We are looking for a unique candidate who is a creativie and savvy marketer who is skilled at project management.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day management of assigned accounts ensuring client campaigns, reports and projects are being progressed and delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative and strategic standard.
• Serves as the central point responsible for bridging the handoff from pre to post.
• Lead the management of projects and campaigns across internal departments (communications, media, creative)
• Work independently and with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to plan and execute effective marketing strategies
• Responsible for cultivating a strong working relationships with client and internal departments
• Facilitate a collaborative approach to ensure cohesive client service while remaining flexible to evolving client business needs.
• Oversee campaign reporting and analysis to client and appropriate stakeholders
• Assist Executive Management with new business proposals as needed
Candidate should have:
• Working experience either working for, or closely with, media and creative agencies
• Strategically-minded. Must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stage
• Strong client-facing background – solid presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skills
• Upbeat, entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to manage people and effectively juggle various projects at once
• Resourceful, adaptive, and a master at triage; willing to relentlessly iterate and improve
• You welcome autonomy and are driven to build something big. You own your responsibilities and look for opportunities around you to grow the company and it’s relationships
• You are able to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and wear many hats when necessary
• Detail oriented and able to creatively assess concepts and assets to ensure it is brand safe, aligned with the brand equity and within creative guidelines
• Creative, passionate about the industry with a strong desire to do good work and bring forth new and innovative thinking
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
• Fluency using PowerPoint and Excel. Photoshop a plus
