Job Summary:
Develop & implement strategies for the Region and provide leadership, direction, and finance support for the finance team by developing & creating a cohesive, high performance culture for the finance teams of the respective branches & region through leadership and mentor-ship.

• Partners with various groups & department within the company to help with prepare annual budgets, monthly financial forecasts, monitor monthly closes, support for new business, and provide insight into financial variances to
• Work with Corporate to develop the correct revenue and expense analytics
• Work with the Northeast regional leader and Local GM’s to increase the efficiency of the branch and grow the business
• Applies a broad knowledge of general accounting & financial analysis techniques for a variety of complex financial and business challenges.
• Contributes to development of cross functional processes/and or structures that improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting within the organization.
• Works with the sales team to ensure that revenue deals are structured to maximize revenue and margins & minimize risk, and that any accounting issues are noted upfront.
• Works closely with the Finance team to implement, improve and maintain financial management policies, systems, structures, and procedures.
• Provides input into the strategic objectives of the finance team and how it can achieve its plans.
• Ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the finance office through supervision/management of finance department staff and ensure the correct controls are in plan.
• Ensures timely submission of monthly financial reports for the region and follow up actions to fix reporting errors at the field level.
• Makes sure that financial records and backup documentation are ready for internal & external audits.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree – prefer concentration in Finance.
Work Experience
• 7- 10 years experience working with finance teams, ideally in the media / advertising environment.

Other Requirements
• Able to travel 30 - 40% of time to branches across the region for in-person coaching, training and sales call participation.
