Human Resources Coordinator
Cumulus Media is searching for a Human Resources Coordinator for its corporate office in Atlanta, GA. This position will support a five-person Human Resources team dedicated to building a FORCE Cumulus culture that supports and encourages the efforts of every employee to be Focused, Responsible, Collaborative, andEmpowered.
Role
This is a high-visibility position supporting the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer and reporting to the VP, HR Operations. Applicants must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment with HR professionals dedicated to implementing various new HR initiatives across the company. The HR Team relies on the HR Coordinator to manage multiple competing priorities and meet (sometimes short) deadlines with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Focus
• Support administration of company benefit programs
• Manage benefit invoicing and funding
• Management of pre-employment & new hire process
• Employee onboarding
• HR surveys, reporting & analytics
• Management of Workday
• Assist in delivery of HR services across the company
• Administrative support to HR team
Qualifications
• Two years previous HR experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups)
• Ability to exercise discretion over confidential and sensitive employment information
• A desire to deal with direct employee contact in an effort to educate and solve the questions or problems they face
