ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
AsVP, DSP Service Operations, you will be responsible for leading, guiding and managing the Global DSP technical specialists team based in NY, SF, Paris and London within the Markets Business Unit.
The position will be responsible for growing the team that historically operated from Paris in the US so they can work efficiently together and provide a global technical expertise across Markets, Platform and International BUs.
This role will also be a key strategic partner for management to discuss DSP technical escalation, DSP technical strategies, objectives, and obstacles, to identify up-selling and growth opportunities and be part of cross teams projects and rules aligned with company profitability and targets.
You will closely work with DSP Technical contacts and with Markets teams : DSP Sales and Account Management (based in San Francisco, NY, London & Paris), SSP Services, Monitoring & Optimization team, Product (based in Paris), and with Engineering team (based in Montpellier).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Programmatic DSP expertise :
• Ensure the technical escalation point for advanced setups and issue resolution thru tickets for DSP topics with internal or partners stakeholders
• Follow up new projects technical for DSP topics : from new feature request towards our Product team to the implementation and eventually scale across regional Client Services teams
• Enhance internal communication around tech issues and help tech/engineering team in focusing on business priorities
• Train Markets Regional Client Services : checklists, knowledge bases, FAQs, best technical practices, daily education in tickets or emails or channels, in person training
Leadership
• Manage and lead embedded team resources in New York, San Francisco, Paris and London with the help of two Senior Managers based in Paris and SF
• Attract, develop, mentor, coach, and retain talents
• Create a clear vision and specific measurable goals for team members and provide regular reporting and alerts towards his management
• Streamline and establish internal & external processes in order to create an atmosphere of efficiency and collaboration between SF, Paris and NY DSP Service Ops teams and other departments
• Ensure strong partnership and collaborative working relationship with other leaders within the team : SSP Service Ops, BI & Optimizations teams and in the BU : Product, Engineering, DSP Sales
ABOUT YOU:
• Experience: 10-15 years in online advertising
• Multicultural management skills
• Strong Knowledge of Real Time Bidding with direct experience within DSP or SSP interacting with DSP partners
• Effective organizational abilities, project management
• Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Very good communication skills, pedagogy and ability to interact smoothly with business and tech people, worldwide based teams
• Eagerness to work in a rapidly changing team environment
• Curious and fast learner
