What We're Looking For:
As an Associate Creative Director UXD Self-Service team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating user experiences for the largest multi-media and entertainment company in the country. We're looking for someone to lead ideation, strategy and concepts across various initiatives: Account Management, Onboarding/Identity, Help and Support. Your focus will be on developing products that help our customers help themselves, empowering them at every touch point.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee a design team, working primarily on our existing customer service experiences, including My Account, My XFINITY, onboarding flows and identity creation across web and mobile platforms.
• Provide thought leadership and drive visual design, front-end interactions by combining industry best practices with your own expertise and insights about human behavior.
• Define end-to-end experiences, from concept through execution, that anticipate and fully satisfy specific customer needs.
• Establish a strong visual direction that communicates and supports overarching UX strategies and our brand identity.
• Produce concepts and designs that are inspired, fresh and engaging.
• Lead your team in ideation and concept explorations, as well as partner with Marketing, Brand, Engineering, and other internal business units to define product strategies and business requirements.
• Collaborate with other UX teams, including usability and in-market analytics testing, SEO optimization, prototyping, front-end development and CMS operations.
• Develop consistent user experiences across all platforms based on proven methodologies and research, while adhering to design, language and style guides.
• Appreciate the unique premise of self-service and develop strategies, concepts and designs accordingly.
• Engage UX Research teams to capitalize on key findings.
• Create prototypes, guiding beta products through testing, identifying and eliminating pain points, fine tuning until expectations are met and ideally, exceeded.
• Mentor rising designers, contribute to our internal design community, help grow our talent base and broaden our areas of expertise.
What You'll Need:
• 8-11 years of relevant work experience showcased in a portfolio that will knock our socks off.
• Extensive production of interactive web and mobile products for a large consumer base; broadcast, print, identity and/or packaging are a huge plus.
• Results that prove you can deliver innovative solutions to challenges, often in collaboration with end users, frontline workers and stakeholders.
• The ability to go above and beyond in a deadline-driven environment. Bonus points for maintaining a sense of humor during crunch times.
• Superior communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• Outstanding facilitation, brainstorming and collaboration skills.
• Obsessive attention to detail.

You'll be a key player on our overall Experience Design team which is just one part of our Digital Center of Excellence. We reside at Comcast's corporate headquarters in the heart of Philadelphia. And yes, the cheesesteaks here are that good.
