Job Description
Job Scope
• Participate in the budgeting and reporting processes following Group calendar and guidelines;
• Monitor resources planning management tool to ensure that resources are properly assigned to the projects/departments.
• Perform time sheet checks in order to ensure correct project cost allocation;
• Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
• Update studio and project budgets monthly;
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials;
• Increase productivity by developing automated budgeting applications, coordinating information requirements;
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks;
• Provide ad hoc reporting addressing emerging business issues;
• Provide support to other departments on different topics.
Qualifications
Requirement:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably with major in finance or accounting)
• Internship must be part of the school curriculum of a recognized local university
• Must commit full-time for a 4-6 months period, preferably on an immediate basis
• With some experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting and forecasting
• Attention to details and ability to solve problems using a logical approach and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Drive, motivation and team spirit, passion for gaming is a plus
• Proactivity, autonomy and integrity
• Fluency in English
