PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and manage test content (items) and associated elements for accuracy, quality, validity, and Pearson VUE standards; review item banks for law rule changes as necessary.
• Plan and conduct test development meetings with clients and SMEs as per contract and needs: training SMEs, revising pools and content outlines based on SME input, developing/revising content as needed, assisting in standard setting studies as necessary.
• Adhere to established QC processes and guidelines, ensuring accuracy of test content components, item set selection per specs and SME input, psychometric input and scoring parameters.
• Exercise full-cycle project management of multiple programs and program deliverables.
• Assist in startup process for new clients.
• Assist in training of test development staff, including bi-monthly internal team trainings, and serve as a content development resource within Pearson VUE.
• Internal Communication: Work with members of testing services teams and other company teams, providing timely & complete input on monthly and ad hoc reports, documentation, projects, teams, and meetings.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
• Experience as test developer, related course work, or direct applicable experience in the licensed field required
