Twitter’s Global Content Partnerships (GCP) team is tasked with driving reach, revenue, and innovation for Twitter’s largest media partners. As a Marketing Manager on the Content Strategy team, you will be a creative and strategic resource for the GCP team.
You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of scalable marketing materials and programs that effectively communicate the value of Twitter’s content publishing and monetization products to our strategic media partners. This will require cross-functional collaboration with teams inside Twitter as well as external vendors to develop B2B marketing materials including, but not limited to, narratives, newsletters, blog posts, short videos, and content for social channels.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the design of compelling marketing and communications materials including keynote decks, how to guides and PDF one-pagers
• Driving the creation and execution of a global user group program to educate partners on the best of Twitter products and solutions
• Manage the creation and release of a new partner facing site where media partners can self-train on new features and best practices
• Help drive adoption of our VIT and Influencer products as new features and releases go out
• Manage our relationships with outside vendors across the Content Strategy team
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably at a technology company or related to online video
• Strong project management capabilities including the ability to come up with schedules and coordinate cross-functionally
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail
• Some experience in writing documentation or marketing materials.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A master of Keynote (Apple’s presentation software)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• HTML and video editing / production experience a plus
