Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinate order entry for Digital ad schedules and ensure that work flow for Digital orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate traffic functions & capabilities back to internal & external customers
• Monitor Digital reporting to ensure proper billing
• Work with Account Executives to recover any lost revenue
• Ensure that all orders are entered completely & correctly and on time
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff to diagnose problems with order delivery
• Work with sales team to ensure that digital request forms are submitted correctly and within proper deadline
• Work with Digital Services team to ensure correct copy is entered
• Work with Master Control to ensure that Digital content has been fully propagated to the Digital Services team
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of the Traffic System as well as sales automation software
• Maintain high level of support to internal & external customers
• Knowledge of all Windows applications
• Industry specific knowledge of general ad sales order entry practices
• Good verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work under deadline pressures; 2 years of industry experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
