Job Description
Within EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, Asia) HQ, you will be part of the Sales Process & Coordination team, within EMEA Sales department.
As support the Sales team in piloting and coordinating the commercial activity for the EMEA zone, you will be in touch with multiple internal interlocutors on the international level such as subsidiaries, operations, accounting, and information services
Your main missions could be categorized as follow:
1) Process referent
• You’ll insure communication between services (both HQ and subsidiaries) through mutualization and structure of information flows
• Source of proposals, you’ll work at optimizing processes taking into consideration constraints and deadlines of all stakeholders (e.g. sales, accountants, operations, IS)
• Interface between teams, your daily experience will be key for transversal projects on processes and tools
2) Data Steward
• Integration and consistency checks of integrity and completeness of data (for attributes and values)
• Early identifier of data related issue, your responsibility will extend from keeping key data end users informed to matter solving through collaboration with relevant teams (IT, external partners)
• Accountable for data reliability, any request for confirmation of accuracy will be directed to you, your ability to adjust to interlocutors considering confidentiality and specific terminology will be key
• Maintenance of Sales referential (products, pricings, promotions) considering territories specificities such as currencies, specific rebates, taxes…
3) Data Analyst
In direct contact with Sales Analysts of the whole zone, your collaboration will allow you to refine and design:
• Dedicated dashboards to answer “frequently asked questions”
• Ad hoc studies on sell in, sell through, stock in trade actuals
• Support for other teams on data perception
Qualifications
Master Degree from a Business School / Engineering School or equivalent. You have strong skills in analysis and synthesis in order to deal with significant volumes of data, to analyze and understand, and restitute the key figures. You are able to work in autonomy and with relevancy concerning the exploitation of big data. Very rigorous when construction analyses and models, you master Excel. Every other reporting tool would be a plus.
You are business oriented and customer focus. You have good communication skills in order to work in coordination with other teams.
A fluent English is necessary for this position.
