What you’ll do:
Twitter is a fast paced, growing company and we need your help to build a world-class team! As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you are the liaison between candidates, Twitter executives, Executive Assistants, and the leadership Recruiting Team throughout the entire interview process.
• Schedule phone interviews, video interviews and onsite interviews
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal, external, confidential, and time sensitive meetings
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants when scheduling interviews
• Facilitate onsite interviews. Often meeting, greeting and/or escorting out candidates
• Track and report interview candidate activity through internal systems and tools
• Design, Maintain and Order candidate SWAG
• Pro-actively keep others informed
• Flexible to working outside business hours
Who you are:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Executive Assistant role
• Experience collaborating with Executives and their EAs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize time sensitive issues
• Confidence to work with senior level staff and their supporting team
• Anticipate possible issues before they arise and effectively problem solve in advance. This includes independently making quick, educated decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and Executives
• Impeccable attention to detail, the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and a calm demeanour
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with senior executives and confidential information.
• Able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulations
• Ability to think ahead, take initiative and work independently
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Desired Skills
• Active Twitter user
• Understanding of candidate interview workflows
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Advanced proficiency with Google Mail, Calendar and Docs
