Qualifications
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of client programs and its business. The Program Manager serves as the principal communication channel between the client and Pearson VUE internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Program Manager is also responsible for the successful launch of client program to the required scope, quality and budget, such as defining the responsibility of both parties, ensuring that all aspects of the proposed service are accurately specified and agreed prior to the commencement of the project, and managing the internal functional teams to implement test delivering services on schedule.
Essential skills, Qualifications and competences:
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of three years’ experience in project management or account management or a related area.
• Must have strong client relationship management skills in long-term.
• Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across teams in order to deliver services on-time as-requested by customer
• Must have successfully led cross-functional teams to implement projects/services to clients.
• Must be an excellent and proactive problem identifier and solver
• Strong problem solving skill with great attention to details
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Native in Japanese
• Must be accustomed to working in an international environment and be sensitive to differences in culture and business approach.

• Leadership to manage cross functional internal teams. (Efficient negotiation, listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships)
