Our team supports strategic planning, facilitates collaboration, and drives development and delivery of new products and value-sustaining operations that improve the lives of learners worldwide.
We are looking for an Associate Internal Communication Analyst to produce high-quality communications and process documentation, contributing to the overall success of our product development, technology, and operations efforts.
Responsibilities
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of communication and process documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Analyze existing content focusing on reuse
• Write easy-to-understand communication pieces and process guidance
• Create and manage the documentation library & integrate new additions
• Responsible for the classification of materials by subject matter or other criteria that will make them easy to find and use
• Build, enhance and maintain style guides/standards.
• Create, maintain and communicate documentation templates
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as presentations, documents, or videos
• Standardize content across teams
• Gather usability feedback from stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience and Capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 0 to 2-years of experience in technical writing or communications
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent knowledge of English grammar, composition and spelling
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or G Suite (Google Apps)
• Experience producing audio and video content is helpful
• Superior organization skills
