The IT Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analytic and data reporting capability for iHeartMedia, Inc. Will manage all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and training. Presents analyses results & recommendations in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
IT Reporting Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
• Provides support to IT Operations by defining and supplying consistent, accurate metrics to assist with business decisions
• Provides advanced data support such as trending, regression analysis, predictive modeling and other such methodologies to assist IT leaders in making informed decisions.
• Presents IT analytics formatted for Sr. Leadership consumption
• Derive conclusions and make recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
• Responsible for defining, maintaining and training for IT Operational reporting standards and formats
• Collaborates with all matter experts across IT to promote good data stewardship and insure alignment
• Actively participate in strategies, tactics and roadmap for IT Operations
• Compiles benchmark data for comparison purposes
• Manages and extends the portfolio of IT Operational reports
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including statistical analysis and mathematics
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including proficiency with complex pivot tables and data analysis functions
• Tableau experience a strong plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teams
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations
• Ability to take ownership of job responsibilities; working independently and in a team
• Strong solution orientation and the ability to anticipate problems
