Summary:
The incumbent will support on all the administrative and operational tasks with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams of the HR for IT team.
Responsibilities:
The main and routine tasks of this position are to:
• Conduct follow-up on files assigned to the incumbent;
• Respond to internal requests from the departments with which the team collaborates;
• Follow up on various questions or requests for information from employees;
• Assist team members in the preparation and organization of events related to their field of activity;
• Enter data in the internal HR system (HRTB);
• Update various data related to the files to be processed, the databases and tools;
Talent Acquisition
• Review and post job descriptions through internal ATS and various recruitment platforms;
• Assess job applications and contact selected applicants for preliminary evaluations;
• Set dates for interviews with the applicants who meet job criteria and send involved parties relevant information;
• Perform preliminary background and reference checks on potential candidates;
• Collect all necessary information/documents from new employees prior to their first day;
• Data entry into internal HR platform;
• Update reporting spreadsheets to reflect accurate recruitment statistics;
• Carry out all other related tasks.
Talent Development
• Respond to information requests from employees and requests for changes by employees registered for activities and carry out follow ups;
• Implement a logistical process to facilitate the delivery of the training activities organized as part of the various programs;
• Oversee conference registrations and employees participation;
• Provide the logistical support required for activities (book rooms, equipment, material);
• Carry out the administrative tasks pertaining to training activity delivery (contact with suppliers and invoice follow ups, manuals, materials inventory, copies);
• Enter data and draft statistical reports;
• Process paper and electronic documents;
Qualifications
Training:
College diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience:
1 or 2 years’ experience in a similar experience.

• Organization skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain good relations with collaborators at various hierarchical levels
Knowledge:
• Bilingualism (French-English)
• Knowledge of video game environment is an asset
