Marketing at Voxy
With hundreds of happy customers and many millions of dollars of recurring revenue, we are now ready to bring on an experienced, data-driven, and inspiring CMO or VP of Marketing to run marketing for our global B2B software business. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO (with significant exposure to the board of directors), manage a growing team of 6, and be responsible for all marketing initiatives, including demand generation, ABM, brand, and PR.
In addition to your skills segmenting markets, driving leads through content marketing, qualifying prospects, and crafting compelling messages, the ideal candidate will have the potential to be a “category-creating’ CMO. Voxy’s English learning product is unlike anything else in the education market, so we are looking for someone who can design strategies and develop marketing communications that convince global companies and schools to re-frame their language training needs. You will need raw creativity, a penchant for problem-solving, stellar communication skills, and the ability to listen to a multi-cultural customer base.
You’ll need to have
• Demonstrable track record of professional and academic excellence
• 10+ years of experience building B2B marketing teams, processes, and systems, especially for SaaS and technology products
• Ability to form close working relationships with CEOs, boards, executive teams, and sales teams
• Experience building marketing channels that are tightly aligned to the sales process - from top of the funnel sales development, through to customer lifecycle marketing
• Experience with modern demand generation and ABM best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
It would be great if you also had...
• Experience marketing technology products in international markets
• Experience marketing six-figure ACV SaaS products into the Fortune 2000
• Experience with education technology / distance learning
• Familiarity and/or a passion for languages and language learning
• The ability to empathize with front-line sales personnel
