In 2012, we opened our state-of-the-art Performance Capture Studio, and Playtest. We are currently working on For Honor in collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal, as well as several top-secret, unannounced projects.

IT Production Manager
Type of Position: Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities:
The main and routine tasks of the IT Production manager are to:
Project management
• Organize and coordinate activities and resources in collaboration with the teams manager
• Assess workloads to support teams when defining the scope
• Ensure that the actual progress of the deliverables reflects the planning
• Effectively communicate with team members to inform them of current projects and their progress
Product management
• Make relevant interventions when prioritizing initiatives based on the studio’s vision and that of the production team and technical constraints
• Seek support from team experts when considering new needs (equipment and software technology monitoring)
• Communicate and circulate reports and information that are relevant to the studio
Finance
• Carry out operational follow ups on the budgets allocated for studio equipment and software
• Make recommendations to studio executives
• Plan tasks to carry out the budget (and quarterly reviews) and present to executives
• Help define deliverables for content and milestones and any related changes (new milestone dates, etc.) and implement processes to resolve issues
• Carry out all other related tasks.
Training:
Bachelor’s in management, operations, IT or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in IT (development or operations).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in team management using Agile an asset.
