Position Summary:
Producer will be responsible for all aspects involved in producing a successful daily talk show including studio/technical operations, promotion, production, guest booking, call-screening and research.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet with executive producer, program director and host(s) to prepare for shows.
• Implement daily tasks assigned from management and meet broadcast deadlines.
• Research news stories and information and provide to hosts.
• Responsible for show preparation for assigned talk shows.
• Responsible for all studio operations.
• Manage talent and flow of show during daily broadcast.
• Book topical, newsworthy and entertaining guests.
• Screen calls.
• Participate in promotion and imaging of the show.
• Produce regular segments and features.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree desired or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience as radio producer.
• Extensive experience, knowledge, and exposure to fantasy sports.

• Ability to recognize stories with potential and develop them into compelling broadcast entertainment.
• Strong background in talent bookings.
• Ability to execute ideas.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Strong interest in current events and pop culture, as related to assigned channels / programs.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in:

◦ Dalet,
◦ Adobe Audition.
• Mixing sound elements into a professional sounding product.
• Operating an audio board.
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
