Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a new Performance Marketing Coordinator Responsible for Ubisoft’s Canada programmatic purchase and optimization operations (including Display, SEM, social and video). The Coordinator, Performance Marketing will be in charge of uploading and optimize digital media campaigns on Adwords; programmatic DSPs and social self-served platform. Working closely with Ubisoft's media team and analyst; the Coordinator, Performance Marketing will use available analytic tools and reports to ensure a continuous return on investments by increasing media investment performance and delivering a clear portrait of activities at any given time.
Job Description
Supervisor: Lead, Performance Marketing
Scope: Canada (all business) and North America (e-commerce only)
Responsible for Ubisoft’s Canada programmatic purchase and optimization operations (including Display, SEM, social and video). The Coordinator, Performance Marketing will be in charge of uploading and optimize digital media campaigns on Adwords; programmatic DSPs and social self-served platform. Working closely with Ubisoft's media team and analyst; the Coordinator, Performance Marketing will use available analytic tools and reports to ensure a continuous return on investments by increasing media investment performance and delivering a clear portrait of activities at any given time.
• Participates in the media presentation documents
• Participates in the establishment, follow up and optimization of campaign KPIs
• Participates in the elaboration of post mortems and other media analysis
• Works with content and creative team to ensure quality and required number of creative are delivered (supplying clear and efficient specs, giving clear/reasonable delivery timelines)
• Ensure a regular monitoring of budgets, orders approvals and invoices (always aim for intelligence and efficiency)
• Participates in the implementation and execution of media campaigns type Display, Pre-Roll, Search, social on the platforms of our Ad Tech partners
• Ensure compliance of the display and the proper functioning of advertisements
• Manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the performance campaigns , including the implementation, delivery, optimization, coordination of creative content, invoices;
• Work with the analyst to deliver dashboard/reports that gives a clear view into the campaign’s performance.
• Demonstrates proactivity and high reactivity in activity meaning a capacity to propose optimization recommendations at a day to day level, changing/updating a campaign with short notice and offering answers
Qualifications
• 1-3 years direct experience managing search and/or programmatic campaigns
• Experience with e-commerce clients is highly favoured(Asset)
• Experience with marketing tools like DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Adwords, Google Bid Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Tubemogul, and the Adobe Analytics and a good understanding of tracking solutions(Asset) is favoured
• Keen aptitude for improving campaign performance using solid test & control fundamentals, data analysis, and identifying key business opportunities in the data
• Curious, willing to learn, passionate about digital performance marketing, resourceful, and a team player
• 100% bilingual (English and French)
• University graduate in marketing, communications or business administration
