The Account Executive provides day to day strategic, tactical and executional support for Corporate Sales. In addition, this position:
• Provides ongoing client support.
• Manages internal account status overviews, corporate account contract status and other key metrics.
• Assists with development and pitching of new business proposals and oversees execution of these corporate programs, helps communicate information to be communicated with title reps.
Essential Job Functions
30%
Maintain and track advertiser corporate contracts. Support annual negotiations for corporate contracts, assist as needed with quarterly revenue forecasts, track contract incentive achievements, extensive advertiser reporting.
25%
Provides support to client. Serves as regular client contact and provides prompt, professional responses to requests for information and materials as needed. Meetings with C-level executives and high-level clients as required.
20%
Responsible for coordinating and handling all advertiser-related billing issues. Assess and implement best practices for corporate business transactions including forecasting, billing, and revisions (Salesforce)
10%
Coordinate RFPs and other requests from external clients/agencies with multiple sales, marketing, production, and financial teams internally. Help to ensure corporate RFP’s are handled in a timely matter.

Manages internal communications; develops sales team updates for key accounts, disseminates information and articles to other sellers, organizes internal meetings.
5%
Assists with client meeting prep including but not limited to requests to research, preparing share-of-market and other requested reports.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Three to five years related sales, media, account management or marketing experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent project management skills required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess initiative, creativity and resourcefullness to obtain info and solve challenges internally/externally.
Computer proficiency including Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Experience with salesforce and industry database programs recommended.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
