Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a Creative Strategy Manager with a keen artistic eye to support the Spectrum Enterprise Brand. This individual will apply deep marketing and creative experience to develop and maintain the creative strategy and visual architecture of the large enterprise brand across the organization. This Manager will direct and manage the creation of various visual assets and repositories that represent the brand including: photography, iconography and graphic images and video that reflect the brand tone and market positioning. This individual will work with multiple creative agencies and internal departments to build the creative designs, manage repositories and maintain consistency across elements and executions. The Creative Strategy Manager will support local and vertical modifications of advertising and brand extension across marketing assets including templates for product and industry specific brochures, case studies, digital assets, white papers etc. This individual will work with their peers in lead generation, events and digital and social strategy to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage brand creative strategy across elements
• Apply creative concepts across multiple brand elements digital, social, signage, brochures
• Develop and manage visual repositories including: photography, iconography, graphic design elements
• Develop and educate organization on brand visual guidelines
• Establish best practices for visual governance
• Provide expertise and insight into visual trends in large enterprise B2B technology segment
• Monitor and analyze competitive positioning from visual perspective
Skills Requirements
• BA – College Degree
• 8+ years marketing experience with preference in B2B large enterprise space across technology segment
• Proven experience managing and executing brand creative strategy
• Experience developing brand assets including photo repositories, iconography and graphic treatments
• Expertise in visual branding principles and best practices
• Superior written and oral communication skills with proven ability to create content assets (such as brochures, video, white papers, blogs etc.)
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Superior project management skills
