Responsibilities:
• Develop the vision and plan to build Autodesk’s next generation field marketing machine at scale for sustained business impact and growth.
• Build organizational alignment to help sales & marketing excel together in a changing environment
• Help identify and develop marketing platforms to meet the evolving needs of our customers and propel Field Marketing in the years ahead
• Lead with vision, and create team focus by identifying the highest ROI initiatives that support Autodesk’s field marketing strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on all aspects of strategy and program design.
• Manage programs through all phases of the development cycle, from analysis and design through implementation and tracking.
Requirements:
• Modern, innovative & omni-channel marketing experience ideally in a software, subscription-based, digital direct world
• Visionary, forward thinking, open-minded and innovative
• Familiar with latest marketing trends and technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Encouraging and persuasive; can inspire others to follow new ideas
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with proven track record of execution as a team member and team leader
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of different sales channels
• Able to network both internally and externally
• Connected within the marketing and IT community
• Strategic Program Management and/or Management Consulting experience
• MBA preferred
• Consulting background ideal
