Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Brand Strategy to manage the evolution and execution of brand positioning, messaging, personality and visual identity for the enterprise organization. The Brand Strategy Senior Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing Communications to create and execute programs to increase brand awareness, visibility and market preference working across multiple channels, agencies and teams. The individual in this role must be a strategic thinker with deep marketing skills and experience in building brands in the B2B segment. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall health of the brand and will be accountable for brand stewardship by developing brand guidelines to drive internal brand evangelism and training efforts. This senior marketing role will require proven brand development experience and the ability to manage multiple creative vendors and employees. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing visual and messaging architectures, naming guidelines, creative and paid campaign concepts and must have marketing experience within the large enterprise, B2B space.
Responsibilities:
• Develop brand narratives, key messages and proof points
• Develop and define brand naming guidelines across programs (sales, HR, marketing) and product lines
• Monitor and analyze competitive brand positioning
• Develop and execute brand integrated marketing campaigns (including advertising, social and digital media, internal communications)
• Establish visual architecture including: photography, icons and graphic image guidelines and libraries
• Develop brand guidelines including messages, tone, visuals, and iconography
• Educate and evangelize the brand both internally and externally
Skills Requirements
• BA – College Degree, MBA preferred but not required
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in branding principles and best practices, with demonstrated ability to develop brand platforms and competitive positioning
• 12+ years marketing experience with preference in B2B large enterprise space across technology segment
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel with strong leadership and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to create narrative presentations
• Experience developing and executing brand campaigns including print, broadcast and digital advertising
• Expertise in design / imagery styles appropriate for large enterprise B2B technology segment
• 5+ years Management experience
