Spectrum Enterprise is seeking an energetic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to manage the evolution and execution of the Spectrum Enterprise brand campaign to ensure consistent and authentic brand experiences across advertising, social, digital and local event activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience marketer and brand builder to make a significant impact with a brand that is carving a new path in the industry.
The Brand Marketing Manager will apply deep marketing experience and brand building expertise to ensure a fully integrated campaign with a strong content strategy. The Brand Marketing Manager will analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for performance improvements across tactics, content and audience segments. This individual will also support building the brand positioning, messaging and visual identity. The Brand Marketing Manager must have proven brand campaign development, management and campaign analysis experience with strong writing and presentation skills within a large enterprise B2B technology segment
Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage and track brand campaign elements
• Provide recommendations and feedback on campaign performance
• Manage integrated brand activities across peers in social, digital, media relations, internal comms
• Support creation of brand narratives, key messages and proof points
• Monitor and analyze competitive brand positioning
• Assist in the development and enforcement of brand guidelines including messages, tone, visuals, and iconography
• Educate and evangelize the brand both internally and externally
• Create innovative and compelling content across all formats (blogs, video, animation, brochures etc.) that showcase key brand strengths across numerous dimensions
Skills Requirements
• BA – College Degree, MBA preferred but not required
• 8+ years marketing experience with preference in B2B large enterprise space across technology segment
• Proven experience managing and executing brand campaigns
• Experience analyzing campaign metrics and KPIs
• Working knowledge of branding principles and best practices
• Superior written and oral communication skills with proven ability to create content assets (such as brochures, video, white papers, blogs etc.)
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel with strong leadership and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to create narrative presentations
