Job Summary:
This role reports into the VP, Content Partnerships in Entertainment Enterprises and focuses on three key areas: managing our outside partners promotional marketing plans, delivery, and recap; Assist the VP in creation of pitch materials to secure new partners; and manage creative integrations into EE produced shows.
Entertainment Enterprises goal is to gain exposure of the iHeartMedia brand outside of our owned and operated platforms, through content partnerships. We are made up of partnerships and production, and work in a cross-functional manner to execute across and outside the organization.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotions and Marketing
• Oversee the development and execution of all promotional and marketing campaigns for Entertainment Enterprises initiatives, including TV shows, digital streams, and any other productions or brand extensions across iHeartMedia’s network of owned & operated assets.
◦ Must have close working relationships with our all internal promotions teams to ensure all on-air, digital and social promotions are executed in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and oversee proof of launch of all EE initiatives including:
◦ Calendar of milestones on air and online
◦ Recap decks to partners including on air and online audio/screenshot examples and all elements of iHeartMedia and partner cross promotion
◦ Interface with partners to maximize cross promotional opportunities
◦ Assist with the development of promotional guarantees for all new licensing pitches
Project and Team Management
• Market / industry research & preparation of presentations
• On-site event coordination with internal teams, including client management, production related needs, etc
• Stay up to date on trends in technology, culture, and advertising, and be able to translate trends into opportunities to grow the EE business
Current Partner Management
• Lead day-to-day management of all external broadcast & distribution partners, including:
◦ Execution of all contractual elements, including any relevant marketing, sponsorship, production, and on-site elements
◦ Establishment of joint KPIs; establishing clear check-ins and timelines to ensure goals are met
◦ Delivery of partnership recap materials and new opportunities to ensure continued partnership
◦ Maintain document of partner performance
Business Development
(assist VP, Content Partnerships)
• Assist in all new partner pitches and circulate and any relevant revenue opportunities to VP, Content Partnerships
• Assist in creating P&L projections and forecasting, strong business sense
• Assist in providing feedback and monitoring all business development contracts and term sheets from the EE division
• Participate in brainstorms for a variety of internal brand teams, applying entertainment solutions and previous marketing efforts to connection strategy goals.
Process(The following will be required of candidate to do for themselves and for their department lead)
• Manage 1 direct report, including general career management and overseeing all project execution
• Reconcile, and track expense reports on the first of every month
• Prepare and manage the various departmental trackers on a weekly basis
• Aid with decks/presentations, specifically materials to current or new partners

Requirements
• Four-year bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing, business, communications, or entertainment
• MBA (or currently in business school) not required but a plus
• 7+ years of progressive levels of responsibility of relevant promotional marketing, business development and content production experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Project management and organizational skills a must. Cool under pressure.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of television, radio, digital and social networking platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Web-savvy; additional knowledge using DropBox, Google Docs
