Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

The successful candidate will have a keenly particular eye for detail and a passion for ensuring their work is completed efficiently and correctly at all times. Thriving in our fast-paced environment will require this individual to be an organized self-starter and natural-born multi-tasker; executing on detailed marketing plans while communicating & coordinating program requirements cross-departmentally.
Here you’ll get to:
• Manage and update marketing drivers report weekly
• Maintain department database and notes for designers, editors etc.
• Compile promo allocations for management and global/U.S. marketing team and ensure timely submission to production
• Assist U.S. product managers with research, reports, analysis and support
• Assist department with expenses through Concur
• Coordinate artist & employee travel
• Organize ticket buys and communicate with venues to track confirmations/will call info for recipients and receipts to provide to Finance.
• Coordinate interviews and selection process of interns
• Be responsible for all marketing department invoice processing
• Issue & track purchase orders
• Chase payments in ARIBA and SAP
• Act as point person for all new and existing vendors to ensure accounts are set up to be paid
• Maintain global bill back information on behalf of U.S. Marketing team to be delivered to finance on a quarterly basis for review
• Work as the go-to for accounts payable and finance department
• Order of all marketing request for PMDJ
• Organize Ticket buys and communicate with venues to track confirmations/will call info for recipients and receipts to provide to Finance
• Assist with video ordering, duplication, & research through DVS
• General office duties & administrative tasks such as ordering supplies
• Ensure department is organized and product is put away and allocated
• Assist executive team with company organized functions and holiday parties
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
Demonstrate a can-do attitude; energetic, independent, smart, self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and organized. A willingness and aptitude to learn quickly is essential. Great time management and prioritization skills is a must!

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adobe Suite savvy-
• Proficient in MS Office especially in PowerPoint
• Consumer behavior understanding
