Overview and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of all executive work products supporting senior level managers in Physical Production.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Act as an in-house production coordinator on all feature films prior to official pre-production and after production wraps.
• Manage studio-wide distribution of all production paperwork (budgets, schedules, scripts, etc.), including overseeing all online access privileges for Studio employees.
• Draft below-the-line department head contracts, budget critical assumption documents, and other production paperwork.
• Process all crew deal memos (approx. 500-1,000 per show), maintain database of crew rates and availabilities, and research crew quotes for production.
• Act as liaison for production and accounting teams throughout production to trouble-shoot production concerns, perform research, and enforce proper PPC production policies and protocol.
• Administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
• Answer phones, schedule appointments/confirms meetings/maintains daily schedules, photocopy material, facsimile/e-mail, distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists
• Compose and generate letters and memos; back-up proof reading and editing on documents prepared by supervisor
• Generate expense reports
• Liaise with internal departments and external entities as needed
• Create and maintain files
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum two years equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Filemaker

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
• Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
