Sales Coordinator/Assistant - DK
Dorling Kindersley (DK) is looking for an energetic, organized and savvy Sales Assistant to join their team. The person in this role will be supporting the Vice President of Online and Special Markets, as well as the rest of the Special Markets team.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling meetings in Outlook and maintaining the Google Calendar
• Reporting the month and weekly numbers
• Creating sell sheets on Edelweiss and PowerPoint presentations with internal systems
• Tracking orders and contacting customer service with any issues
• Making mock ups for special market meetings
• Assisting and taking notes during NYC meetings with special market accounts
• Tracking all samples sent for various accounts and ordering comp copies for any additional samples
• Maintaining SAGE website and updating titles and pricing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
