The Senior Director, Solutions Marketing role is responsible for providing leadership and direction for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information about the advanced advertising industry, ad tech products, solutions, and services to be offered in the industry, and the past, present, and potential customers for the advanced advertising products & service. Regularly engages with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetrations, market practices, and trends. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the collection and analysis of relevant information concerning current and potential markets and competitors.
• Owns the development of product positioning and messaging with a clear emphasis on customer value
• Understands the market at large, competitive landscape, and outside implications on the business
• Assists sales in selling thorough sales enablement activities
• Shepherds new product to market though GTM activities
• Works with product team to understand and prioritize the roadmap based on direct client feedback
• Maintains a presence in client meetings, and partners to discuss business issues and opportunities.
• Works with the corporate marketing team to ensure proper exposure and reference to products.
• Directs the development of developing analyses and forecasts in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices, and sales trends.
• Interprets marketing information for senior management to assist in their decision-making.
• Oversees the execution of marketing projects and communicates findings to appropriate audiences.
• Ensures adherence to standards and practices.
• Develops marketing and sales collateral design; designs studies to define market segments and conducts competitive research and analysis.
• Ability to apply and communicate marketing design and materials in meaningful ways to the business and business owners.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or Equivalent Experience.
• Generally requires 12+ years related experience
