JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the successful development and execution of data driven marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and to cross-sell incremental services to existing customers. This position serve as a liaison to the business community in order to provide technical solutions in support of direct mail, outbound telemarketing, online and other direct response marketing efforts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Ensure integrity of data in direct-to-consumer data warehouse
• Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues to automate processes and functions
• Translate high level business process design or redesign and documentation as needed
• Manage the development of standard & ad hoc reports related to the data warehouse & data append processes
• Design all complex campaign lists, work with channel marketers and respond to list selection requests
• Oversee merge-purge processes & development of bindery instructions
• Ensure all data capture needs are met, including file hygiene & offer history
• Develop & execute plans to gain access to new sources of data for analysis
• Act as liaison to IT on all direct-to-consumer data warehouse projects & database support issues
• Assists with facilitating project governance and corporate priorities
• Manage vendor relations, including contract negotiation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• 5 to 7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Education, Certification & Licenses
• BS/BA in IT, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
