Job Title
Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager - Digital Advertising is responsible for executing implementation, technical QA, delivery, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
Essential Job Functions
25% Execute and implement digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance, and revenue delivery.
15% Coordinate with Client Services team to obtain creative asset materials, and launch advertising campaigns.
20% Accurate scheduling and trafficking of contracts from the contract management system (Fat Tail / Operative) to the ad serving platform (DFP - DoubleClick for Publishers)
25% Maintain pre and post launch QA process for all ads (3rd Party tags, custom/native creatives), assuring that all ads meet creative specs, and are tracked properly both internally in DFP, and by external 3rd parties.
10% Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Client Services Management teams to review, optimize, and ensure success of campaigns based-on campaign KPIs.
5% Provide existing/historical AdOps perspective for program feedback during proposal process to generate compelling renewable advertising programs.

Education:
B.A. in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred, but additional relevant experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with digital ad serving systems and trafficking required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Understanding of ad yield and on-line performance metrics required.
• High attention to detail required.
• Experience using Internet, on-line ad databases, email.
• Intermediate level of Excel required, including the ability to make and use pivot tables. Basic proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications required.
• Must enjoy & effectively build relationships with internal & external contacts. Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work under tight time restrictions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires ability to work at a computer for most of the work day.
• Be able to think strategically and act tactically.
