OVERVIEW
The Senior UX Designer will solve problems for our users using effective and engaging UX + UI solutions. You will help drive the design vision and strategy across multiple device platforms. You’ll partner with product managers to research user behavior, identify problems, and ideate potential solutions. You’ll create well-founded UX wireframes, test prototypes often with users, and work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build great products. You’re involved end-to-end: you’ll stay involved through the development process as we ship improvements to our product across responsive web, iOS, Android, AppleTV, and other living room platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our user experiences across multiple platforms and countries. This role will take a hands-on approach in creating delightful experiences for our site and apps as well as additional projects in support of our growing businesses.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree in design or visual communications
• 2+ years of experience in UX design within a digital product or agency setting; 4+ years including graphic and other design experience
• Ability to solve UX problems creatively and effectively, using quantitative data and qualitative inputs from users
• Able to work cross-functionally and constructively take feedback from designers and non-designers
• Highly proficient in Sketch, Invision (or Marvel), and Photoshop
• Fluency in best practices for web and mobile design
• Self-starter who possesses the ability to create original concepts with little direction
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
